Muñoz Leadership Academy offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth for emerging, new, and established leaders. Our training sessions are held offsite at a conference center or at your organization’s location. Muñoz & Company uses two workshop methods to deliver its learning modules: Seminars and Mastermind Groups. Leadership 101

Leadership develops daily, not in a day—that is reality. The good news is that your leadership ability is not static. No matter where you’re starting from, you can get better. Everyone has the ability to improve in leadership, but it doesn't happen overnight. Persistence, passion, and devotion are required to learn and grow. Developing yourself into the leader you can be will change everything for you. This seminar is designed to jumpstart your leadership, add to your effectiveness, and multiply your impact. The Leadership 101 seminar is taught in 10 three-hour sessions.

Teamwork 101

Teamwork is always at the heart of great achievement. Working together allows us to take on large projects and ambitious goals. Teams come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Building a team involves bringing people together, while teamwork is allowing those people to use their diverse abilities, values, and beliefs to achieve something they would not be able to do alone. The Five Dysfunctions of a Team

Leading and managing change is complex and challenging. This seminar examines the nature of change in human behavior, both individual and collective. Practices and theories about reform, change, and decision-making look at who you need to communicate with and how each entity needs to be managed. Relational Leadership

Leadership is a relationship-intensive endeavor. Many leadership challenges, when examined closely, are relational—success is increasingly dependent on how we interact with others. This seminar will help you improve your relational leadership skills so you can become a more effective, respected, and successful leader. We explore leadership in terms of establishing trust, forming and mending relationships, inspiring and investing in people, building teams that achieve positive results, and helping people develop their skills to become leaders in their own right. The Relational Leadership seminar is taught in 15 three-hour sessions.

Advanced Executive Leadership

What distinguishes great leaders from merely good ones? What enables one leader to inspire confidence, loyalty, and hard work, while others—with equal vision and intelligence—stumble?

True leadership isn’t a matter of having a certain job or title. To become the leader people follow, you have to master the ability to invest in people and inspire them. In his book, The Leader’s Algorithm, Pablo Muñoz outlines a strategic leadership framework for developing a viable, personal Theory of Action to transform your life, work, and relationships while positively impacting those who need you most.

Muñoz & Company has adapted the content from The Leader’s Algorithm book into a unique learning experience. In this seminar, you will strengthen your leadership skills, create useful resources, and learn how to lead from the heart, because effective leadership is not just systems management; it’s an act of love. The Leader’s Algorithm seminar is taught in 25 three-hour sessions.

 

Mastermind Groups

A Mastermind Group brings together individuals, leaders, or teams who are dedicated and motivated to make effective and lasting changes to their lives. Together, a Mastermind Group will learn how to effectively raise their leadership skills to a new level by understanding and implementing the principles of Maxwell Leadership. As a Mastermind Group moves through each lesson, they will bring ideas and opinions that will help shape their understanding of the content in a way that is far superior to simply reading a book on your own. A Mastermind Group consists of 10 to 16 sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes, in which one of the following books by John Maxwell is studied in depth:
